Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our ranch to ensure it arrives safely.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
